NEW ELECTRICAL WIRING REGULATIONS
UPGRADED VYNCO BOARDS READY TO GO!
With a new set of wiring regulations expected to become law this year, we have made upgrades to our distribution boards to cater for this change.
The major changes to the wiring regulations are:
- Maximum of three final subcircuits off each RCD
- Minimum of two RCD's per switchboard
This will essentially mean an increase in the number of RCD's per switchboard that are used.
To accomodate this we have increased the number of neutral ways in all domestic boards to suit the updated wiring conditions. With the V40 for example, we have increased the number of neutral bars from four to nine.
